Looking for a stress-free, traffic-free place to ride?

We are located within a private family estate of 250 acres, offering 2.8 miles of grass gallops skirting the perimeter of the estate with a full Cross Country course.  Part of the course is situated in woodlands, and includes a variety of fences, an Olympic style Horse Shoe, a drop, coffin, trakehner, tiger trap, oast house and many more!

On check-in you will receive a laminated map of the course which can be attached to your saddle.

Tipi And Eco-Bathroom

All prices quoted are per Bell Tent, per horse, per night.
Minimum of 2 guests per pod & maximum of 2 horses per pod.
Single guests will be charged at the same rates as 2 guests & 2 horses.

Each Pod provides available drinking water, cutlery and crockery, a firepit/BBQ, a table, chair and parasol set. Each luxury Bell Tent is provided with sheets, pillows, duvets and spare blankets in case it’s chilly, and also access to electricity for device charging..

Rates for Horses and Equine Related Services

Turnout water troughs provided – Included.

20m x 40m sand school sessions with show jumps –

Instruction – £25.00 per hour

Cross country instruction – £30.00 per hour.

Tools and drop facilities for muck collected from your private turnout area will be provided. 

Parking space for horseboxes and trailers.

Proof of valid vaccination records and insurance for each visiting horse must be provided as a scanned copy upon booking, and originals will be requested for viewing prior to site access being given.  In the interests of other horses resident on site, access will not be granted without these valid documents.

A 20m x 40m sand school is available by pre-booking, with showjumps.

Adjacent to your Bell Tent is a small turnout area for your personal use, allowing you to look across from your recliner and enjoy watch Neddy grazing.

And finally, in addition to being surrounded by idyllic farmland and woodland, we are also just a short 20 minute hack / 5 minute drive from the beach! Tide times available online.
